How to Purchase Tickets for Home Games
Tickets for Sanfrecce Hiroshima home games are available through SANFRE TICKET, our official ticketing website.
The sales schedule, ticket prices, and any purchase limits for each match will be announced in advance on our official website.
Please note that Sanfrecce Hiroshima uses a Flexible Pricing System, so ticket prices may vary depending on the match.
When purchasing tickets through SANFRE TICKET, you can choose one of the following ticket delivery methods.
Ticket Delivery & Payment Options
1. Digital (QR) Ticket

Fee
System Fee: ¥110 per ticket
After your purchase is complete, your QR ticket will be sent to your registered email address.
If you are a club member, you can also view your ticket in the MY TICKET section of SANFRE TICKET.
You can:
Display the QR ticket from your email
Save it to your smartphone
Print it if needed
Please have your QR ticket ready before entering the stadium.
2. Paper Ticket (Seven-Eleven)
Delivery Method
Pick up your ticket at any Seven-Eleven store in Japan.
Payment Method
Pay at a Seven-Eleven store.
Fees
System Fee: ¥110 per ticket
Ticket Issuance Fee: ¥154 per ticket
Payment Processing Fee: ¥275 per transaction
After you complete your reservation, a payment number will be sent to your registered email address.
Please visit a Seven-Eleven store before the payment deadline. Once your payment is completed, your ticket will be printed immediately at the store.
Before leaving the store, please make sure you have received your ticket.
Payment Deadline
Seven-Eleven payments are accepted until 11:59 PM (JST), five (5) days before the match.
Payment must be completed by 11:59 PM (JST) on the day after your reservation is made.
Reservations that are not paid by the deadline will be automatically cancelled.
Matchday Ticket Sales
If tickets are still available, you can purchase them at the stadium ticket counter on matchday.

Please note that if a match sells out in advance, tickets will not be available at the stadium.
Important Information
Please purchase tickets only through SANFRE TICKET, the official ticketing website.
Lost or forgotten paper tickets cannot be reissued. Entry will not be permitted without a valid ticket.
Tickets purchased through unauthorized resale websites or individuals are invalid and cannot be used for admission.
If available, tickets may be listed through the official resale service after general sales have begun.
- ※If tickets are sold out before the match day, any same-day tickets will be not available for sale.
- ※We are not able to accept any resale tickets in any case. Please make sure you need to get tickets only through the official website.
